Guava Cheesecake

This Guava Cheesecake is as easy as the Oreo Cheesecake recipe. It turns out perfectly creamy and velvety, with a combination of classic cheesecake flavors with a tropical twist.

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

½ tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

4 tablespoons of guava paste

1 Graham Crackers Crust

  • Heat oven to 325°F.

  • Place guava and 3 tablespoons of water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking often, until the guava has melted and is fully incorporated with the water.

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until fully blended. Add eggs one at a time and mix just until combined.

  • Pour into crust; drizzle the guava and stir with a toothpick creating lines and circles.

  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Let it cool at room temperature. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours.

- To make your own crust put 20 graham cookies and 4 tablespoons of butter in a food processor until combined and transfer to mold.
