This Guava Cheesecake is as easy as the Oreo Cheesecake recipe. It turns out perfectly creamy and velvety, with a combination of classic cheesecake flavors with a tropical twist.
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
4 tablespoons of guava paste
1 Graham Crackers Crust
Heat oven to 325°F.
Place guava and 3 tablespoons of water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking often, until the guava has melted and is fully incorporated with the water.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until fully blended. Add eggs one at a time and mix just until combined.
Pour into crust; drizzle the guava and stir with a toothpick creating lines and circles.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Let it cool at room temperature. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours.
- To make your own crust put 20 graham cookies and 4 tablespoons of butter in a food processor until combined and transfer to mold.
