ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Ana, 

 

My passion for food started when I was 13-years-old traveling around Europe with my family. Cooking quickly became my number one hobby and, after high school, l decided to make it my career. While getting my degree in culinary arts and food service management, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Florence and Bruges. And later on in Barcelona, Spain. These experiences sparked my love for traveling and discovering new destinations, cultures, and cuisines.

 

Ever since, I have been traveling and cooking around the world, looking for continuous inspiration and ways to share my love of cooking with others. That is what I hope to do through Bites of Perfection.

 

Here at BOP, you will find recipes inspired by my favorite ingredients, restaurants I highly encourage you to visit, travel tips from many destinations around the world, and an inside look at private dinners & cooking classes crafted by me.
