I’ve been making this cheesecake for years now. It is fast and easy to make, and the result will leave you amazed!
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
15 OREO Cookies, crushed
1 OREO Pie Crust
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until fully blended. Add eggs one at a time and mix just until combined. Stir in cookies and mix to incorporate.
Pour mixture into crust and sprinkle extra cookies if desired.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until center is almost set. Let it cool at room temperature. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours.
- To make your own crust put 20 oreo cookies and 4 tablespoons of butter in a food processor until combined and transfer to a mold.
- Use the same cheesecake recipe and change up the flavor, like chips ahoy, guava or strawberry.
