Super Easy Oreo Cheesecake

I’ve been making this cheesecake for years now. It is fast and easy to make, and the result will leave you amazed!


Ingredients:

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

½ tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

15 OREO Cookies, crushed

1 OREO Pie Crust


Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until fully blended. Add eggs one at a time and mix just until combined. Stir in cookies and mix to incorporate.

  • Pour mixture into crust and sprinkle extra cookies if desired.

  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until center is almost set. Let it cool at room temperature. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours.


Tips:

- To make your own crust put 20 oreo cookies and 4 tablespoons of butter in a food processor until combined and transfer to a mold.

- Use the same cheesecake recipe and change up the flavor, like chips ahoy, guava or strawberry.
